GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Bonus Rules

 

2.1. All offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Interac, etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

2.5. Players have the option to cancel active Bonuses before meeting the wagering requirements, whether they are deposit or non-deposit bonuses. Only one active bonus is allowed at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

 

2.6. Fraudulent activity, including the misuse of bonus funds to manipulate the reward system, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation, account suspension, and loss of winnings. Abuse of free spins, game rounds, or cumulative bonuses can lead to Player Account blocking and forfeiture of funds beyond the original deposit.

 

3. Multiple Accounts

 

3.1. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than one account with YoHo Slot to claim any Bonuses (the “Duplicate Account”) is deemed bonus abuse.

 

3.2. Bonus abuse, such as collusion, software manipulation, VPN use, or exploiting loopholes, may result in confiscation of bonus-related winnings, access restrictions, and permanent account suspension.

 

3.4. Any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses that You have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds that have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

 

4. Wagering Requirements

 

4.1. No deposit free spins including free spins from the VIP manager need to be wagered 30 times before the funds can be withdrawn unless otherwise specified. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement. Wagering will be deducted from your deposited (real) funds first, and only once your real balance is exhausted will bonus funds be used. Wagering with either balance will count towards the wagering requirement.

 

4.2. The maximum winnings resulting from free chip bonuses from the VIP manager and tournament cash prizes will be 10 (ten) times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

 

4.3. When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that Your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that You have two options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus or cancel the bonus. If You choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost.

 

4.4. Different types of games contribute differently towards meeting the wagering requirements. The contribution percentage depends on the category and features of the game, as outlined below:

• Video slots contribute 100% towards the wagering requirements, excluding jackpot games, games featuring Bonus Risk or Progression Features, or any specifically excluded titles.
• All table games contribute 5%.
• All live dealer games contribute 0%.
• All games with progressive accumulation features contribute 0%.

 

4.5. Where applicable, the list of games that contribute towards the wagering requirement for a specific bonus is specified in the terms and conditions of that particular bonus offer.

 

4.6. Bonus money, as well as free spins, cannot be used while playing progressive jackpot slots.

5. Limitations

5.4. The maximum winnings:

• The maximum winnings after completing the wagering requirements that you can receive from any bonus free spins are limited to no more than 10 000 RUB, 1 500 000 UZS, 210 AZN, or 65 000 KZT (unless otherwise stated). Any winnings exceeding this limit will be forfeited.
• The maximum winnings payable from free spins issued by a personal VIP manager are x10 of the issued bonus amount, but not more than 10 000 RUB, 1 500 000 UZS, 210 AZN, or 65 000 KZT.
• The maximum winnings payable as part of seasonal promotions or tournaments are specified in the individual terms and conditions of the relevant promotion or tournament.

 

5.5. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon the expiry of the bonus.

 

5.6. Only one bonus can be claimed at a time. When the Player triggered (claimed, activated) more than one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be "stacked".

 

5.7. It's forbidden to delay any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you no longer need to play the bonus through and/or make a new deposit(s). 5.9. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. YoHo Slot reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Player hereby consents in advance to the same.

Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.

 

5.11. The Company reserves the right to expand or modify the list of those Users to whom the Bonuses are available. 5.12. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when a bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

 

5.13. The Casino reserves the right to restrict you from receiving any bonus promotions once the customer bonus ratio (deposits: bonuses) is more than 50% upon its sole decision

 

5.14. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from the free chip or personal cashback from the manager will equal the bonus amount multiplied by 10 unless otherwise stated.

 

5.15. To withdraw funds obtained from a no deposit bonus, the Company reserves the right to request the completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedure specified in the KYC Policy and AML Policy of YoHo Slot but not limited to:

• a government-issued identity document (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) with a photograph;
• proof of residence, such as a utility bill issued no more than 3 months prior to the submission date.

 

5.16. Upon making a deposit on our Website, the Player is allocated two separate balances: a Real Balance and a Bonus Balance. The Real Balance shall comprise the amount deposited from the user’s designated payment method (e.g., bank account or card), The Bonus balance shall consist of any cash equivalent credited to the user's account upon activation of the Bonus, and/or fulfillment of the no-deposit bonus condition. In the event that the user’s total balance falls to or below AZN 0,05, RUB 1, UZS 150, KZT 20 and the user thereafter makes a further deposit, the Bonus Balance (together with any associated wagering requirements) shall be automatically forfeited.

 

5.17. Unless otherwise specified, when wagering with an active bonus, funds are deducted from the real money balance first. Only after the real money balance is exhausted will the bonus funds be used.

 

5.18. All bonuses (unless otherwise specified) must be wagered thirty (30) times before withdrawal of any related funds. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within seven (7) days from the date of crediting, the bonus and any associated winnings shall be automatically forfeited.

 

5.19. Any winnings generated from Free Spins shall be subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five (35) times and must be wagered within seven (7) days. Failure to complete the wagering requirements within this period shall result in the forfeiture of such winnings.

 

5.20. In case the player requests a withdrawal of their deposited amount or any other amount available for withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirements, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. To proceed with such a withdrawal, the active bonus will be cancelled. The player will be offered the option either to fulfill the bonus wagering requirements or to contact customer support to request the removal of the active bonus. Once the bonus is removed, the withdrawal procedure may be completed.

 

5.21. Bonus abusers and bonus hunters are excluded from participating in the promotion.

 

6. Betting Incentives

 

6.1. The Betting Incentive is available exclusively to duly registered and verified customers of the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any incentive if evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or other irregular behaviour is identified. The Betting Incentive shall be credited upon a qualifying deposit or fulfilment of the conditions specified in the relevant promotion. The Betting Incentive does not apply to void bets.

 

6.2. The minimum deposit and the percentage of the incentive shall be defined in the promotional description. Incentive shall be credited to the customer’s bonus balance and shall remain separate from the real money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.

 

6.3. All incentives granted for sports betting are subject to mandatory betting turnover requirements prior to withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, the required betting turnover shall be five (5) times the incentive amount. Only bets placed at minimum decimal odds of 1.50 or higher shall count toward fulfilling the turnover requirement. Only settled bets will be taken into account when calculating turnover progress. The Company reserves the right to exclude certain markets, bet types, or betting strategies from contributing toward the turnover requirement, including but not limited to opposing bets, system bets, arbitrage, or hedging strategies.

 

6.4. A maximum stake per bet while wagering bonus funds may apply, as determined by the Company. Customers are prohibited from placing opposite bets on the same event or otherwise manipulating bets with the intent of securing guaranteed profits. The use of arbitrage, betting bots, or any technical means to circumvent the rules shall result in cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any related winnings.

 

6.5. Incentives shall remain valid only for the period of promotional campaign or if any other particular time is specified. Failure to fulfil the betting turnover requirements within the validity period shall result in the cancellation of the incentive and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

 

6.6. Here is the list of Betting Incentives that might be offered by the Company to its customers from time to time. Such list is not exhaustive and is subject to changes:

• Free Bet – “Bet Refund”. In this type of Incentive, the Customer may be credited with an amount which can be used to place a Bet on any of the Services of the Company. In the event the awarded Bet is settled as won, the winning credited to the Customer’s account shall be equal to: Bet amount x odds - Bet amount. In the event the Bet is settled as lost, the amount credited to the Customer account shall be equal to zero.
• Free Bet – “Free Money”. In this type of Incentive, the Customer may be credited with an amount which can be used to place Bets on any of the Services. In the event the awarded Bet is settled as won, the winning credited to the account shall be equal to: Bet amount x odds. In the event the Bet is settled as lost, the amount credited to the account shall be equal to zero.
• Free Bet – “No Risk”. In this type of Incentive, the Customer shall place a Bet on the Services using its own funds. In the event the Bet shall be settled as won, the winning credited by the Company to the Customer’s account shall be equal to: Bet amount x odds. In the event the Bet shall be settled as lost, the amount credited to the Customer’s account shall be equal to amount of the Bet placed by the Customer.
• Combo Boost. In this type of Incentive, the Customer shall place a Bet on the Services using its own funds and the Company shall be enhancing the odds of the particular Bet with the Combo Boost factor. In the event the Bet shall be settled as won, the winning credited by the Company to the Customer’s account shall be equal to: Bet amount x odds x Combo Boost factor. In the event the Bet shall be settled as lost, the amount credited by the Company to the Customer’s account shall be equal to zero.
  Combo Boost Factor shall mean a multiplier determined at sole and exclusive discretion of the Company. The combination of the events and/or markets (as may be applicable from case to case) for the purposes of the Combo Boost shall Bet determined at sole and exclusive discretion of the Company.

 

6.7. FreeBets may be issued as part of the Betting Incentive at the sole discretion of the Company. The stake of a FreeBet shall not be returned; only the net winnings shall be credited to the customer’s balance. FreeBets may be subject to separate betting turnover requirements, as specified in the promotional terms.

 

6.8. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Betting Incentive at any time without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy between the Betting Incentive terms and the General Terms and Conditions of the Company, the latter shall prevail. All decisions made by the Company in relation to the Betting Incentive are final and binding.
