5. ACCEPTED CURRENCIES

6. FEES AND TAXES

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU (I) TAKE CARE TO VERIFY THE SUITABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY OF THE SERVICE WITH YOUR OWN COMPUTER EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO USE; AND (II) TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT YOURSELF AGAINST HARMFUL PROGRAMS OR DEVICES INCLUDING THROUGH INSTALLATION OF ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.
8. USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT
8.1. In order to access the Website and play its Games, You as a Player must create an account (hereinafter -“Player Account”). You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Your jurisdiction to create a Player Account.
8.2. Each Player is allowed to create only one (1) personal Player Account. Only one Player Account is allowed per one home address, email address, telephone number, IP and shared computer.
8.3. Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single Player can lead, at the sole discretion of YoHo Slot, without warning to the termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts, Bonuses, Free Spins and winnings to the Player. The Player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts, collusion, software manipulation, VPN use, and exploiting loopholes and opening of Duplicate Accounts in order to take advantage of additional benefits or bonuses of YoHo Slot. If YoHo Slot suspects You in Bonus abuse, We may modify, suspend, or terminate Your Player Account without any prior written warning.
8.6. The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.
8.7. You must maintain Your Personal Account and keep Your details up-to-date.
8.8. We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in Your Player Account, which at Our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Player Account and/or any actions in the Player Account may be terminated until the Player Account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact You regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if We are not able to reach You (by email or phone) within two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, Player Account will be locked, since You have failed to pass the KYC procedure.
8.9. We reserve the right to verify Your identity at any time and may request additional documents to confirm Your identity, age, and location. Failure to provide this information may result in the closure of Your Player Account.
8.10. The Player is obliged to fill out Our registration form to open a Player Account at YoHo Slot. The Player ensures that the information provided in registration form is correct, complete and up to date. 8.12. In such cases, We reserve the right to temporarily suspend Your Player Account and/or restrict access while an internal investigation is conducted. To reactivate access, We may request proof of identity and any additional verification it deems necessary, including but not limited to photo/video identification or source of funds documentation. We are not obligated to reinstate the Player Account until such verification is completed to its satisfaction.
8.13. We shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized activity resulting from third-party access to Your Player Account, unless such access resulted from a proven failure of the Our’s technical safeguards. You acknowledge that You are responsible for all activity conducted under Your Player Account credentials until such time as We are properly notified and have had a reasonable opportunity to act.
8.14. In opening Your Player Account You warrant that:

- You are: (a) over 18 years of age; and (b) above the age at which gambling or gaming activities are legal under the law or jurisdiction that applies to You in Your jurisdiction;
- online gambling is not illegal in the territory where You reside;
- You are legally able to enter into contracts;
- You have not been excluded from gambling; and
- You have not already had a Player Account closed by Us for any reason.
8.15. YoHo Slot reserves the right to close, refuse and ban a Player Account at its sole foresight without any description of the reasons whatsoever. The Player has the right to close and/or suspend the Players Account at YoHo Slot at any time by contacting Our support by email support@yohoslot.com . If the Player wants to renew the contractual relationship with YoHo Slot the closed account has to be reopened by informing customer support via email support@yohoslot.com or chat. If the Player's Account has been closed due to any form of exclusion from gambling the Player Account has to stay closed for the amount of time it has been excluded.
8.16. If You have closed an unverified account with an active balance, it does not absolve You for the responsibility to complete Your identity verification; otherwise, We will not be able to process any withdrawals from Your Player Account.
8.17. If the Player requests to block his Player Account for any reason and the balance of the Player’s Account is less than the amount of the last deposit, the remaining balance will be returned to the last payment method. If the balance on the Player’s Account exceeds the amount of the last deposit, the winnings will be cancelled and the amount of the Player’s last deposit will be returned to the last payment method.
8.18. If the Website suspects the Player in acting in fraudulent or unfair activities, the Website may at sole discretion unilaterally impose penalties, revoke of winnings, withheld payment and possibly close the Player Account. The Player shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to Us on demand all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by Us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the Player’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.
8.19. The Website have a right to decline an application for a new Player Account if:
- the Registration Form on the Website has not been completed in full, and/or
- the information contained in the Registration Form is found to be incorrect and/or
- any information required to be submitted in conjunction with the Player Account Registration Form or requested by Casino prior to or subsequent to the submission of such form is not provided by the applicant in the manner or format or within such timeframes as Casino may specify.
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
9.1. The activities mentioned in this Clause 9 are not allowed, constitute a material breach of the General Terms and Conditions and should be considered as prohibited activity (the“Prohibited Activity”), including but not limited to:
- providing information to third parties;
- using an unfair advantage or influence, including the exploitation of bugs, loopholes or errors in our software, the use of automated Players; or the exploitation of an “error”;
- undertaking fraudulent activities to Your advantage including the use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorized credit or debit card as a source of account deposits;
- taking part in any criminal activities including money laundering and any other activity with criminal consequences;
- colluding or attempting to collude and intending to participate, directly or indirectly, in any collusion scheme with any other Player in the course of any Game you play or will play on the Website.
9.2. The Company will take all reasonable steps to prevent collusion or any attempts to collude; detect them and the corresponding Players; and deal with the corresponding Players accordingly. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which You or any other Player may incur as a result of collusive, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity or cheating and any action we take in this respect is at our sole discretion.
9.3. If You suspect a person is colluding, cheating or undertaking a fraudulent / prohibited activity you shall as soon as reasonably practicable report this to Us by e-mail support@yohoslot.com .
9.4. If the Company has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of the General Terms and Conditions, Your access to the services may be terminated immediately and/or Your Player account blocked. If Your Player Account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in Your Player Account. The Company shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with the Company to investigate any such activity.
9.5. 14. REFUND POLICY

Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes towards the outcome of another. If the Player inadvertently or deliberately backs a related contingency in a multiple bet, the bet will be voided and the stake returned;
Any multiple stake made up of more than one selection from the same event will be deemed to be a related contingency, (e.g. Chelsea to win the semi-final onto Chelsea to win the Tournament), and
Any multiples involving the same team or its players or the same selection will be deemed to be a related contingency (e.g. Haaland to be Man of the Match and Manchester City to win the match.).
24.2. YoHo Slot may from time to time determine a minimum or maximum amount that may be staked as a bet in respect of any market, whether in general or in any given case. 25. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING BETS
25.1. The Player shall place their bets via the internet or through such other electronic media as may be made available by YoHo Slot.

26. RESTRICTIONS ON BETTING

27. VOID BETS
27.1. YoHo Slot reserves the right to declare any bet wholly or partially void, if any such bet:
- has been offered, placed, or accepted as the result of an error;
- has been accepted in circumstances in which such a bet would not ordinarily have been accepted, e.g., owing to technical problems occurring in relation to the operation of the Website;
- has been placed in consequence of, or in the process of, Syndicate Betting;
- has been struck in relation to an event of which the result was already known, unlawfully determined, or influenced by unlawful conduct;
- has been struck in relation to an event in respect of which a subsequent announcement has been made which significantly alters the prevailing odds in respect of such bet;

27.4. YoHo Slot may void a bet at any stage, irrespective of whether:
- the event in respect of which such bet was struck has been settled or not, or

28. ERROR

28.3. Should any odds in respect of a bet or event have been misstated –
- as a result of a system or computer malfunction, or
- in consequence of any other error, in circumstances where it is clear that the odds so stated have been skewed or misstated, when compared with the odds prevailing in the greater market, the bet or event will be deemed to have taken place on the correct price/s which were available in the general market at the time the bet was struck, and all winning bets will be settled at such price/s.
29. RULES OF INDIVIDUAL GAMES AND BETTING EVENTS
